Contact Sunrise Manor Electrical

If something isn't working right with the wiring, panel, or fixtures at your property, the fastest way to get a straight answer is to tell us what's happening. We read every message and use it to figure out whether the job is a quick fix, a bigger repair, or something that needs a closer look in person before we can quote it.

What To Share

Start with the symptom or the goal. A breaker that trips every evening, a light that flickers when the dryer runs, or a plan to add a dedicated circuit for an EV charger are all different jobs, and each one points us toward different questions. Let us know which rooms or equipment are involved, whether it's the kitchen, a bathroom, a garage, or an outdoor circuit, and whether the issue is new or something that's been getting worse over time.

Property type matters too. A single-story home, a townhouse, or a small commercial space each has different wiring layouts and access points, and that shapes what we ask about next. If you know roughly when the property was built, or whether it still has its original panel, mention it.

Location Context

You don't need a full address in the first message, but a cross street or a nearby landmark, such as being closer to Nellis Boulevard or East Sahara Avenue, or near Sunrise Park, gives us a quicker read on the area before we talk specifics. We'll ask for the exact address once we're scheduling a closer look at the property.

Photos That Help

If it's safe to do so, a photo of the panel, the outlet, the fixture, or the general area can speed things along. A photo taken from a safe distance, with the room lights on or off as needed to show the problem, tells us more than a paragraph of description ever could.

What Happens Next

Once we hear from you, we go over what you've described and ask any follow-up questions we need before quoting anything. We look at the work itself, not just a description of it, before committing to a price or a scope. If a visit to the property makes sense, we come to you to take a closer look before finalizing anything.

Electrical Emergencies

If you smell burning, see sparking, or notice a breaker that won't reset no matter what, treat that as urgent. Shut off power at the breaker or panel if you can safely reach it, and don't use the affected circuit until it's been checked. We can't promise a specific arrival time or diagnose a problem sight unseen, but flagging urgency clearly in your message helps us prioritize how we respond to it.
