Services We Handle
We handle only the services listed here, so a call about one of these is a call to the right business:
- Outlet Installation — new receptacles, replacements, and GFCI or tamper-resistant upgrades - Lighting Fixture Installation — fixture swaps, switch wiring, and dimmer installs - Circuit Breaker Panel Upgrade — panel capacity evaluation and breaker or panelboard replacement - Wiring Installation Repair — damaged cable, loose connections, and circuit extensions - Ceiling Fan Installation — fan-rated support boxes, mounting, and balancing - Ev Charger Installation — dedicated circuits and equipment sized to the vehicle and panel - Electrical Troubleshooting Inspection — fault isolation when something is not behaving as it should
If a request falls outside that list, we will say so plainly rather than take on work we are not set up to handle well.

A Straight Answer Before Any Quote
An electrical quote given without seeing the property is a guess dressed up as a number. We do not do that. A quote follows the inspection, not the other way around, because the same symptom — a tripping breaker, a warm switch, a flickering light — can have several different causes with different costs to fix. We would rather take a few extra minutes on-site than hand over a number that changes once the panel cover comes off.
We also will not commit to a schedule or a scope before understanding the actual condition of the wiring or equipment involved. Older homes and newer construction each come with their own quirks, and a fair estimate accounts for what is actually behind the wall rather than what is typical.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you handle same-day electrical issues? Tripped breakers, dead outlets, and non-working fixtures are common reasons for a same-day call. Reach out and describe what you are seeing, and we will let you know how soon we can get to the property.
What should I have ready before you arrive? Clear access to the electrical panel and the affected outlet, switch, or fixture is the most useful thing you can provide. If breakers have been tripping, note which one and how often; that detail speeds up the inspection.
Can you help me decide between a repair and a larger upgrade? Yes. Once we have looked at the panel or circuit in question, we will walk through what a minimal repair covers versus what a broader upgrade would solve, along with the tradeoffs of each, so the decision is an informed one.
Do you work on both older and newer properties? Yes. Panels, wiring methods, and typical issues vary by the age of a property, and the inspection accounts for whatever is actually installed rather than assuming one standard setup.
